Thank you for shopping at SignifyGFX! We are committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless customer experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange your items in a box and in original condition for a refund or replacement within 60 calendar days from the date you ordered it.

  • Final Sale Items: All items discounted more than 30% are final sale and will not be returned or exchanged unless there is a product defect.
  • Handling Fee: A $5 handling charge applies to any product returned that has no defect and was fulfilled correctly.
  • Exchanges & Store Credit: Exchanges for equal value, defective returns, and store credit have no additional charge.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products that have been modified, damaged, or washed by the customer.
  • Custom orders that were fulfilled as per the approved design.
